1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Discipline email newsletter, referral program, and related services (“Services”) operated by DIGNVS Technology Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing, using the referral dashboard, or receiving SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

2. Daily Discipline Newsletter

Daily Discipline is a free daily email newsletter authored by Brian Kight. By subscribing, you agree to receive one email per day (Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend editions). You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

3. Referral Program

The Daily Discipline “Pass It On” referral program allows subscribers to invite others to join. By participating:

• You agree to only invite people you know personally or professionally
• You will not use automated tools to generate invitations
• You will not create fake or fraudulent accounts to earn rewards
• We reserve the right to revoke rewards and suspend accounts for violations

Reward tiers, rewards, and program structure are subject to change at our discretion. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

4. SMS Messaging

If you receive an SMS from Daily Discipline:

• Program Name: Daily Discipline Referral Invitations
• Message Frequency: One-time invitation messages only. You will not receive recurring SMS unless you explicitly opt in.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from Daily Discipline.
• Help: Reply HELP for support, or contact us at support@dailydiscipline.com.

We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Coaches Portal

The Coaches Portal (app.tbriankight.com) is a separate subscription product. Use of the Coaches Portal is governed by its own subscription terms, including free tier token limits and paid plan pricing. Subscription management is handled through Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including Daily Discipline emails, the E+R=O framework, coaching materials, and AI-generated outputs, is the intellectual property of Brian Kight and DIGNVS Technology Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell this content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
